These terms govern your use of HyperTrip. By searching, creating an order or paying on this site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we do — and what we don't
HyperTrip acts as an intermediary: we search inventory, create your order and collect the payment. The airline, hotel or provider named on the ticket or voucher is the party that delivers the travel service, and its fare or rate rules apply to your booking.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the traveller details you submit and for keeping your login safe. Names must match the passport exactly, or the airline may refuse boarding.
Prices and availability
Prices come from live inventory and include our service fee, which is shown before payment. Availability can change or sell out until the provider confirms the booking.
Payment
Orders are settled in cryptocurrency, in the amount and currency quoted for that order. Network fees and exchange-rate movements are borne by the customer, and an unpaid quote expires after 60 minutes.
Cancellations and refunds
What can be cancelled depends on the fare or rate rules of the provider named on your booking. Our refund policy explains the process, the timing and which amounts are not refundable.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, automate or attempt to defraud the service, and do not use it for anything that breaks the law of your country, the destination or the provider.
Liability
We are responsible for the service we provide — search, order handling and payment reconciliation. We are not liable for a provider's failure to perform, for force majeure, or for losses you could have avoided by following the provider's own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page, with its revision date, is the one that applies.
