Who is responsible

HyperTrip is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions or requests go to support@hypertrip.online.

What we collect

Account: name, email address, phone number, a hashed password and your role.

Order: traveller name, passport number, nationality, date of birth and any special requests you add.

Technical context: IP address, user agent, operating system, browser, language, timezone, screen metrics and client hints, recorded when you sign up or place an order.

Support: the messages you send us, plus the environment metadata attached to the conversation.

Why we collect it

To create and fulfil your order, to confirm crypto payments, to answer support requests, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to meet accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Inventory comes from our search and booking partners; crypto payments are verified on-chain by us and no payment processor receives your data. We disclose data to a provider only where the ticketing or booking requires it, and never sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and provider rules require. Support conversations and technical metadata are kept while they are useful for support and abuse prevention, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability or an objection to processing by writing to support@hypertrip.online. We answer within one month, and deleting your account removes the personal data we are not legally required to keep.

Security

Hashed passwords, httpOnly session cookies, HMAC-signed offers and validated webhooks. No system is perfect, so if you spot something suspicious please report it.

Cookies and children

We use only the cookies described in our cookie policy. The service is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
